To install the camera device, follow these steps based on the setup guide:
Method 1: No Network Connection (Local Viewing Only)
This method allows you to view the camera feed within a close range but does not support remote viewing.
- Turn on the Camera
- Power on the camera device.
- Connect to the Camera’s WiFi
- Open your phone’s WiFi settings.
- Find the WiFi network that starts with BAT and connect to it.
- Open the App
- Return to the camera app after connecting to the BAT WiFi.
- The live feed should now be visible.
- Note: This method only works when you are within 4 meters of the camera.
Method 2: Internet Connection (Remote Viewing)
This method lets you monitor the camera remotely via the internet.
- Connect to the Camera’s WiFi
- Follow the same steps as in Method 1 to connect your phone to the BATWiFi.
- Configure WiFi in the App
- Open the app and click on the settings (gear icon).
- Select WiFi Settings.
- Find your home WiFi network, enter the password, and press OK to connect.
- Verify the Connection
- Return to the app’s main screen.
- If the connection is successful, a play button will appear. Click it to start streaming the live feed remotely.
- Troubleshooting
- If the connection fails, recheck the WiFi password and try again.
- Restart the camera and your router if necessary.
